Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Scientist to lead our AI product division, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered products and solutions that drive business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful AI projects. The Lead AI Scientist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and develop strategic plans to execute on these opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI product division, setting the strategic direction and vision for AI-powered products and solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that drive business growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and develop strategic plans to execute on these opportunities
- Develop and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in AI products and solutions
- Work closely with product managers to develop AI-powered product roadmaps and prioritize features and requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams
- Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and product managers
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines for AI product development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on product development and deployment
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful AI projects
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science, with expertise in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, or recommender systems
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation through AI-powered products and solutions
